Built on the Support of Wrestling Legends

Southern Honor Wrestling's journey has been strengthened by its relationships with two of professional wrestling's most recognizable and respected legends: WWE Hall of Famers Diamond Dallas Page and Jake "The Snake" Roberts.

Through their friendship, support, and influence, SHW has maintained a strong connection to the traditions that made professional wrestling great, while embracing the performers and stories shaping its future.

That connection is especially meaningful through the creation of the Jake "The Snake" Roberts Legacy Championship, a championship dedicated to honoring the legendary career, influence, and enduring legacy of one of wrestling's greatest storytellers.

Jake's role goes beyond the title that bears his name: Jake "The Snake" Roberts is SHW's current matchmaker, helping shape the cards and stories fans see every month.

Their support represents the bridge between generations that Southern Honor Wrestling strives to preserve.

More Than a Wrestling Promotion

Throughout its history, Southern Honor Wrestling has earned a loyal and passionate following by delivering an experience that goes beyond what happens inside the ring.

From hard-hitting championship encounters and unforgettable rivalries to emotional moments, shocking debuts, and larger-than-life personalities, SHW has consistently provided fans with the kind of professional wrestling experience that keeps them coming back.

With more than 85 events produced, a growing digital presence, and a dedicated fanbase that has supported the company through every challenge and milestone, Southern Honor Wrestling has built something that cannot be manufactured overnight: a community.

SHW has become a home for professional wrestlers looking to make their mark, veterans continuing to perfect their craft, and fans who still believe in the magic of professional wrestling.

A Night That Made Wrestling History

On May 3, 2019, Southern Honor Wrestling made headlines throughout the wrestling world with what remains one of the most unforgettable moments in the company's history.

During SHW's Retaliation event in Canton, Georgia, wrestling icon Chris Jericho made a shocking, unannounced appearance, bringing the capacity crowd to its feet. Moments later, Kenny Omega arrived to confront Jericho, igniting a wild confrontation that helped build anticipation for their historic showdown at All Elite Wrestling's inaugural Double or Nothing pay-per-view.

That very same evening, Cody Rhodes also appeared, making Southern Honor Wrestling the center of attention during one of the most significant periods in modern professional wrestling history.

The moment captured worldwide attention, generated headlines across major wrestling media outlets, and was featured in AEW's Road to Double or Nothing series. It demonstrated that even on the independent stage, Southern Honor Wrestling was capable of creating moments that resonated across the entire industry.

Creating a Georgia Wrestling Tradition: RumbleJack

Southern Honor Wrestling hasn't just hosted unforgettable events — it has created its own traditions.

One of the company's proudest innovations is RumbleJack, a unique match concept that combines the excitement of an over-the-top-rope Royal Rumble-style match with the intensity of a traditional Lumberjack Match.

What began as an original SHW concept has evolved into one of Georgia's most anticipated independent wrestling events, bringing together an unpredictable combination of SHW favorites, emerging stars, and surprise appearances from wrestling legends.

Over the years, RumbleJack has featured unexpected appearances from names such as Enzo, Jimmy Wang Yang, Gangrel, WWE Hall of Famer JBL, and many more.

With its unique format, passionate crowds, and anything-can-happen atmosphere, RumbleJack has become a signature attraction synonymous with Southern Honor Wrestling.

Eight Years Strong. Still Here.

In October 2026, Southern Honor Wrestling celebrated its eighth anniversary with STILL HERE 8, another milestone in a journey defined by perseverance, passion, and a refusal to give up.

From a vision that some believed wouldn't last eight months to a promotion that has welcomed internationally recognized superstars, developed its own signature events, and created memories for thousands of wrestling fans, Southern Honor Wrestling continues to build a legacy of its own.

But despite the accomplishments, headlines, and milestones, the mission remains the same as it was in 2018:

Deliver unforgettable professional wrestling, respect its traditions, build the stars of tomorrow, and give the fans something worth believing in.

We've made history. We've created traditions. We've built a family.

Eight years later, we're not just still here. We're just getting started.
